We deliver to almost all countries worldwide. In accordance with UAE law, thegoodlife. will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries. The countries below are currently on this OFAC list: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe .

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping in the UAE. Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Lebanon orders are also free for order above AED500. For further details please click here to visit our shipping page.
Customs and Import charges
Customs and import duties and taxes may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We unfortunately can't tell you what these charges would be as custom policies differ from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a PO Box address as our courier DHL requires you to sign when they deliver your item.

Can I return my purchases?

What currencies do you accept?
Payments are processed in AED but we display approximate conversion for certain currencies. Local currencies are for display purposes only and are calculated based on exchange rates that are updated daily. Please note: some banks may charge you an International Transaction Fee.
When will I be charged for my order?

I've been charged twice for the same transaction. What should I do?
